Privacy Policy

Last updated: 20 July 2026

This policy explains how Digiboard Tech Pvt Ltd ("DigiChalak", "we") handles personal data on this website (digichalak.com) and, in summary, on the DigiChalak platform. We build for India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) framework.

What this website collects

This marketing website does not require an account and sets no tracking cookies of its own. If you contact us through the site, we receive the details you choose to share (name, phone, email, message) via email, and use them solely to respond to your enquiry.

Standard web-server logs (IP address, pages requested, user agent) may be retained briefly by our hosting provider (AWS) for security and diagnostics.

What the DigiChalak platform collects

The platform (app.digichalak.com) processes training-centre operational data on behalf of accredited centres: candidate registrations, Aadhaar-based attendance events, session logs, test telemetry and video evidence, payments and statutory forms. Centres are the data fiduciaries for their trainees; DigiChalak processes this data under contract to operate the compliance workflows the law requires.

Statutory records (including test evidence) are retained for the periods prescribed by the Central Motor Vehicles Rules — currently five years for training records — and protected with encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access and audit logging.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, subject to statutory retention duties that override erasure while they apply. Write to us at the email address in the footer and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Third parties

We integrate with government and payment systems (such as Aadhaar authentication services, DigiLocker, Sarathi/VAHAN and UPI providers) strictly to deliver the workflows described above. We do not sell personal data.
