Accreditation itself is granted by your State Transport Authority in Form 11A. DigiChalak prepares your infrastructure, evidence and filings (Forms 12A/13A) so the inspection finds everything in order.

From site to certificate

Five steps to a fully automated centre

A DigiChalak deployment is measured in days, not months — including the track instrumentation.

  1. 01

    Site survey & track plan

We map your land against the mandated track geometry — serpentine, 8-shape, gradient, reverse-S, parking — and produce a civil-works drawing plus a sensor and camera placement plan.
  2. 02

    Civil works & kit installation

Our teams execute the track itself where needed — surfacing, gradient ramp, markings, manoeuvre bays — then fit and calibrate cameras, RFID, RTK-GNSS base, gradient and parking sensors, boom barriers and the in-cabin proctor kit. One vendor, land to launch.
  3. 03

    Software go-live

Your centre, courses, vehicles and instructors configured in the cloud dashboard. Staff trained in a day — it's built for non-technical operators.
  4. 04

    Golden-run acceptance

Reference drives validate every zone's scoring against ground truth, ending in a signed acceptance report you can show the authority.
  5. 05

    Accreditation & operations

We assemble your Form 12A application evidence. Once Form 11A arrives, batches, tests and Form 5B flow on autopilot — with renewals tracked years ahead.
What's in the box

One kit. Every sensor the guidelines name.

Hardware sized to your tier — from a compact DTC kit to a full IDTR installation — all driven by the same software.

Already have a track?

Your track is built. Now make it run itself.

Plenty of centres already have the civil work and the cameras — a contractor built the track, handed over the keys and moved on. What usually doesn't arrive with the handover is the layer that runs the place every day: attendance, syllabus hours, forms, evidence, audits. DigiChalak is vendor-neutral and retrofits onto what you already own.

01

We audit before we quote

Compatible IP cameras, RFID readers and biometric terminals stay exactly where they are. The survey tells you what's reusable and what genuinely isn't — in writing.

02

The compliance layer nobody hands over

Rule 31J syllabus tracking, the 85% biometric attendance gate, Forms 5B / 14 / 15 generated and signed, five years of hash-chained evidence. This is where audits are won or lost.

03

One dashboard over mixed hardware

Sensors from one supplier, cameras from another, a simulator from a third — they land in a single centre view instead of three disconnected consoles.

04

No rip-and-replace

You're not buying your track twice. If the geometry already meets the mandated layout, we instrument the gaps and leave the rest alone.

Built by someone else, or still under construction? That's the normal case, not an obstacle — bring the drawings to the survey.

The business case

Compliance is the licence; throughput is the profit

Automated evaluation changes the economics of a training centre.

More tests per track-day

No examiner bottleneck: tests run back-to-back with automatic scoring, so one track serves multiples of today's candidate volume.

Form 5B is your product

The certificate that waives the RTO driving test is why candidates choose an ADTC over the school next door — and why they pay a premium for it.

Zero compliance surprises

Suspension under Rule 31G usually starts with a record gap. When registers, hours and evidence are automatic, renewal is a formality.

Reputation compounds

Camera-scored tests can't be bought. In a market that runs on word of mouth, 'the fair centre' is the strongest position there is.

Setting up a new centre? Central assistance has been available for driver training infrastructure under MoRTH schemes (up to ₹2.5 crore for a District Training Centre under the 2025 guidelines). We'll help you check what's currently open for your state during the site survey.

For state authorities & fleets

Oversight that scales past one centre

DigiChalak's authority portal gives Transport Departments live visibility into every accredited centre in the state — and gives large fleet operators one view of driver readiness.

  • Multi-centre compliance scoreboard with audit trails
  • Grievance resolution backed by video evidence
  • Digital Form 5B verification against issued records
  • Aggregate pass-rate and integrity analytics

Owner questions, answered

Do I need to be accredited already to use DigiChalak?
No. Most of our conversations start before accreditation. We install the infrastructure Rule 31B(3) requires, run the golden-run validation, and prepare the evidence for your Form 12A application to the State Transport Authority.
What does the hardware cost?
It depends on your tier and how much of the track already exists. A compact DTC kit is a different animal from a full IDTR installation, and compatible cameras or biometric terminals you already own get reused. Every quote starts with a free site survey — see the pricing page for what drives the number, then book a survey for a firm, line-itemised quote.
What happens when the internet goes down?
Testing continues. The edge unit at your centre scores locally and queues everything — video, telemetry, forms — then syncs when connectivity returns. Poor connectivity is a design assumption, not an edge case.
Can it run my existing non-ADTC driving school?
Yes. Batches, attendance, payments, theory tests and progress tracking work for any driving school today — and the same system carries you through accreditation when you're ready to upgrade.
Who owns the data?
You do, with the statutory retention rules enforced (5 years for training records). Candidate personal data is handled per India's DPDP Act — encrypted, access-logged, and erasable when the law allows.
